Now let's add EACH of the REPRESENTATIVES who currently Rep you that match the following Contact Types (skip those that don't apply to you):
“Agent”
“Booker”
“Casting Agent”
“Manager”
To clarify, you will add a NEW CONTACT CARD for EACH individual REPRESENTATIVE that currently works for you.

CREATE NEW CONTACT: For example, if you are represented by an “Agent” then enter the First Name, Last Name and Company Name field boxes of that “Agent”.
From the Contact Type drop down menu select “Agent”.

Click the "Save New Contact" button.

You will now be brought to the Contact Details Screen .

Look for the drop down menu for "Reps Me". It is always defaulted to "No" when you first create a Contact.

Select from the "Reps Me" drop down menu the capacity at which they Rep you...

Select either...
"Yes - Signed" (which means you have a formal contract with the Rep)
-or-
"Yes - Hip Pocketed" (which means you have NO formal contract with the Rep - but they are submitting you for projects)

Within the Contact Details screen enter ALL pertinent information regarding the “Agent” (i.e. - Work Address, Work Phone Number, E-Mail Address, etc.).

Then click the Save button (found in the upper right-hand corner - you'll see it directly under "Log Out" in the Top Toolbar).

You are now back to the Contacts Overview Screen. Just repeat Steps 1 through 7 until ALL of those individual Reps who currently represent you are entered.

COPY CONTACT: If 2 or more Reps work at the SAME OFFICE then be sure to use the Copy Contact feature!
After you create and save the initial Contact at the office, then click on the Copy Contact Icon.
 A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you want to Copy Contact. Click "Yes".
Then when you are in the Contact Details page simply delete the person's name and replace with the NEW CONTACT'S NAME! Be sure to change any other information that might be different from the Copy... like phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
