Cost Per Mile/Kilometer Preferences Screen
DESCRIPTION |
The mileage you drive to and from business-related appointments (i.e. – Auditions, Interviews, Callbacks, Classes, etc.) may be tax deductible! PerformerTrack can automatically calculate what your mileage is worth! In order to do this you must load up key mileage information.

INSTRUCTIONS |
Listed below are the 2026 U.S.A. Standard Mileage Rates as set forth by the Internal Revenue Service.
2024 USA MILEAGE RATES | |||
| Start Date: | 01/01/2026 | End Date: | 12/31/2026 |
| Mileage (Business) | 0.705 | ||
| Mileage (Charity) | 0.14 | ||
| Mileage (Medical) | 0.205 | ||
| Mileage (Moving) | 0.205 | ||
Simply enter the above information into the "Add New Cost Per Mile/Kilometer Amount" Form in your PerformerTrack account! Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS: | |
STEP 1 |
Go to the Top Tool Bar and select MY ACCOUNT > PREFERENCES > MILEAGE RATES |

STEP 2 |
In the "Cost Per Mile/Kilometer Preferences" screen click on the "Add New Mi/KM Rates" button. |

STEP 3 |
The "Add New Cost Per Mile/Kilometer Amount" pop-up widow will appear. |

STEP 4 |
Enter in the appropriate mileage information (click here to see what the USA Mileage Rates are) and then click the "Submit" button! |

That's it! You have successfully entered in the USA Standard Mileage Rates for 2026! The mileage you incur during 2026 and enter into PerformerTrack's Expenses section will now auto-calculate properly for you! | |
