Calendar: iCal Feed (Apple iCal: Multiple PerformerTrack Accounts)

Connect multiple PerformerTrack calendars to your Apple iCal

Maybe you are a parent who has multiple PerformerTrack accounts for your kids, and would like to see all schedules in one calendar...

Maybe you and a few roommates are performers, each with a PerformerTrack account, and you all want to see everyone's schedules in one calendar...

Maybe you are part of an "accountability group" where each member has a PerformerTrack account and want to have everyone's schedules together in one spot...

Or, maybe... just maybe...

You are an Agent or Manager who uses multiple PerformerTrack accounts for your roster... or each of the talent on your roster use PerformerTrack, and you want to have all schedules funneled together into one single calendar.

NO PROBLEM!

Follow these steps:

STEP 1

Make sure you enabled iCalendar in each PerformerTrack account and copied the uniquely generated URL for each accountIf you have not done this yet - go here for step-by-step instructions.

 

STEP 2

Open the Calendar program (in Applications)

 

STEP 3

 

From the File menu select New Calendar Subscription.

 

 

STEP 4

Paste your PerformerTrack iCal Feed URL in the "Calendar URL" field box.  Then click "Subscribe".

STEP 5

Change the name to something identifiable (like "PT - James Smith") and select a color from the adjacent pop-up menu.

Change the Location (if you have an iCloud account... choose whether you want the calendar on that account. IMPORTANT: To view a subscription calendar in Calendar on your Mac and on all devices with iOS 5 or later without resubscribing to it, choose your iCloud account.)

Select the the Auto-refresh frequency. To update your copy of the calendar when changes to it are published, choose the update frequency from the “Auto-refresh” pop-up menu.

Then click "OK".

STEP 6

That's it! hat's it! Repeat Steps 3 - 5 until all PerformerTrack accounts are loaded into Apple iCal.
