Calendar: iCal Feed (Google Calendar: Multiple PerformerTrack Accounts)

Connect multiple PerformerTrack calendars in one Google Calendar

Maybe you are a parent who has multiple PerformerTrack accounts for your kids, and would like to see all schedules in one calendar...

Maybe you and a few roommates are performers, each with a PerformerTrack account, and you all want to see everyone's schedules in one calendar...

Maybe you are part of an "accountability group" where each member has a PerformerTrack account and want to have everyone's schedules together in one spot...

Or, maybe... just maybe...

You are an Agent or Manager who uses multiple PerformerTrack accounts for your roster... or each of the talent on your roster use PerformerTrack, and you want to have all schedules funneled together into one single calendar.

NO PROBLEM!

Once you've subscribed to PerformerTrack iCal Feeds in your Google calendar simply name each something identifiable. Follow these steps:

STEP 1

On your computer, open Google Calendar.

STEP 2

On the left side, under "Other calendars" find your PerformerTrack calendar and click on the down arrow .

STEP 3

Select "Calendar Settings".

STEP 4

Now you can change the Calendar Name for this PerformerTrack iCal Feed to something more identifiable. In this example, the default "PerformerTrack" was changed to "PT - John Smith" to make it much easier to identify which PerformerTrack member's calendar you are viewing.

STEP 5

Repeat steps 2- 4 until all PerformerTrack accounts that are subscribed to your Google calendar are renamed to something more identifiable.
