For PerformerTrack to work properly (for example to print your Audition Form Pages) you need to allow what ever browser you are using to "Always Allow Pop-Ups for PerformerTrack".
To Unblock Pop-Ups in Safari do the following:
STEP 1) Along the top of the Sarfari browser window click on "Safari"
STEP 2) Make sure that the "Block Pop-Up Windows" option is UNCHECKED
